Transportation
Transport in Singapore is
reasonably priced. A common stored-value card, known as the EZ-Link
Farecard, can be used on public buses, the MRT and the LRT. The Farecard
can be bought at most MRT stations and bus interchanges. Collectible
tourist farecards are also available.
Banks & Currency
Exchange Rates
Banks are normally open for business from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm from Mondays
to Fridays and from 9.30 am to 11.30 am on Saturdays.
Some banks do open for business on Saturdays up to 3.00 pm and Sundays
from 11.30 am to 4.30 pm.
