Since 1989, The Regional Training and Resource Centre in Early
Childhood Care and Education for Asia (RTRC Asia) has been a leader
in the training and development of early childhood professionals in
Singapore and the region. RTRC Asia is committed to enhancing the
quality of care and education of young children and to supporting
early childhood professionals through active training, workshops and
