National University Of Singapore (NUS) - Department Of Real Estate

The Department of Real Estate, NUS, aspires to make significant contribution to the body of knowledge on the creation and management of wealth pertaining to the built environment at national, regional and international levels. Faculty members are engaged in research projects on three main areas, namely corporate and securitised real estate, institutional and spatial analyses of real estate as well as housing research. The department has been collaborating with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs together with agencies such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) and the World Bank to conduct executive programmes for senior government officials from developing countries.
