Application for the Singapore Scholarship for Academic Year 2010/2011 will be open from 16 November 2009 to 14 December 2009, except for Brunei & Malaysia.
Application for Brunei and Malaysia will be open in March 2010 after the respective results for the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level and Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) are released.
